It provides 15x magnification with a large 70 mm objective lens, a 4.7 mm exit pupil, 22.1 mm eye relief and a 77 m field of view. Its BAK4 coated prism and FC-coated optics support clear image formation for distant subjects and sky observation. The binocular should not be submerged beyond 1 metre or for more than 3 minutes. At 1370 g, it is a substantial astronomy binocular suited to users who are comfortable with a larger optical instrument and want high magnification for astronomy and long-distance observation.
